Our Services

Integrative Wellness is a holistic approach to patient care.  It is research based and patient centered. An integrative wellness practitioner is trained in a multitude of techniques and disciplines.  Patients commonly describe Dr. Peters’ work as a fusion of chiropractic, physiotherapy, deep tissue massage, and mindfulness.

Physiotherapy

Rehabilitative therapy including modalities such as exercise therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, laser, taping, and the like.

Myofascial Therapy

Myofascial therapy form of soft tissue manipulation designed to condition the muscles and fascia by relaxing and releasing dysfunctional tension and adhesions.  This therapy is more targeted on areas of dysfunction than a classical massage.

Mindfulness Training

Breathwork and meditation exercises used to regulate the parasympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).  This allows for faster recovery, reduced stress levels, and lower pain levels.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic is 'a practice of the hands'.  It is an American form of manual medicine used to bring 'Ease' to the body by the removal of 'Subluxations' (biomechanical & neurological dysfunction).

Posture Restoration

A combination of exercise therapy and traction designed to recondition ones postural muscles.  It is helpful for reducing chronic pain and slowing degeneration/arthritis.

Sports Recovery

Recovery is half of training.  Sports recovery is about speeding up your body's ability to get back to baseline as well as address any minor injuries that occur while training.

What Our Clients Say

Shaya F.

"Highly recommended! Every time I left the session feeling absolutely great! I had tight back muscles and lumbar stenosis. Zach took the time to learn what's exactly going on in my body before working on me."
